An International Space Station school contact has been planned with participants at Hudson Memorial School, Hudson, NH on 07 Dec.

The event is scheduled to begin at approximately 18:48 UTC. The duration of the contact is approximately 9 minutes and 30 seconds.

The contact will be direct between NA1SS and N1FD. The contact should be audible over the U.S. state of New Hampshire and adjacent areas. Interested parties are invited to listen in on the 145.80 MHz downlink. The contact is expected to be conducted in English.

Oct. 19, 2018:
Amateur Radio OnThe International Space Station (ARISS) is planning a very special Slow Scan TV event currently scheduled to start October 27 about 10 am UTC. Helping to support the event will be NASA’s Space, Communication and Navigation (SCaN) Dept.

ISS Ham Radio status (Oct. 20)

The VHF handheld radio model that has been used by the ARISS program to connect students worldwide with astronauts on board the International Space Station (ISS) for over 16 years has given an error message and is unusable at this time. While the ARISS technical team evaluates the best path to restore operation from the Columbus module, ARISS contacts will be supported using the Kenwood radio in the Russian Service Module. During this period, the packet digipeater will be unavailable.

Very nice receiving Contact with the ISS and the Telebridge
Station and the School in Ontario in Canada.

The max Elevation in Switzerland only max 22 Grad. (not very
good, paul Is Happy) My Hill the Säntis is only 15 Km from my Station in St.Gallen. The Säntis is 2504 Meter High. 22 Grad Elevation in very higher als the Hill Säntis.

ARISS programme for school students in Lucknow India

The H.A.L. Scouts Group Amateur radio Club, VU2LKO Lucknow, India is deeply devoted to explore Amateur Radio activity among Scouts and Guides and other interested people in state.
